What a 5 minute timer is good for

- Meditation and breathing exercises.
- Classrooms: quick activities, transitions and clean-up time.
- Warm-ups before a workout or a run.
Accurate in the background
The countdown is measured against your device's clock, not by counting ticks, so 5 minutes is exactly 5 minutes even when you switch to another tab. The time left also shows in the tab title. On phones, keep the screen on so the alarm can play.
