What a 1 hour timer is good for
- Exams and mock tests: a full-screen countdown everyone can see.
- Deep work: one hour on a single task without distractions.
- Cooking: roasts, stews and bread proving.
- Parking and laundry reminders.
Accurate in the background
The countdown is measured against your device's clock, not by counting ticks, so 1 hour is exactly 1 hour even when you switch to another tab. The time left also shows in the tab title. On phones, keep the screen on so the alarm can play.
