How to use the SVG to JPG Converter
- Drop your SVG files into the box or click choose files.
- Choose the SVG size: a scale like 2×, or an exact width like 1024 px.
- Pick the background color. JPG can't be transparent, so see-through areas are filled with it. White is the usual choice.
- Adjust the quality if you like, then click Download or Download all.
JPG or PNG?
For logos, icons and drawings with flat colors and sharp edges, PNG usually looks cleaner and keeps transparency. Choose JPG when a form or website only accepts JPG, when the SVG contains photos or gradients, or when you need the smallest file for email.
The background color
Most SVG files have a transparent background. JPG doesn't support transparency, so those areas are filled with the background color you choose. Match it to the page or document where the image will go, so there's no visible box around your graphic.
Quality and file size
Quality 90 or higher keeps lines and text sharp. Lower quality makes smaller files but can add faint blotches around sharp edges, which shows more on graphics than on photos. The new size of each file appears under it, so you can compare before downloading.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my JPG have a white background?
JPG can't store transparency, so transparent parts of the SVG are filled with the background color. Pick another color, or convert to PNG to keep transparency.
What size will the JPG be?
At 1× it uses the size written in the SVG file. Choose 2× or 4× for a sharper image, or an exact width such as 1024 px.
Why does the text look different?
If the SVG uses a font that isn't on your device, the browser uses a similar one. Convert text to outlines in your design tool before exporting the SVG.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
